If you need help with ScanFile, email support@scanfile.app. Include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Purchases

Subscriptions are managed by the store through which you obtained ScanFile. Apple subscriptions can be managed in iOS Settings under Apple ID, Subscriptions. Google Play subscriptions can be managed in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions.

Privacy

ScanFile stores scanned documents locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
