How to convert photos into one PDF on iPhone

If the pages already exist as photos, you do not need to photograph them again. Import the originals, arrange them, clean them up, and export one PDF.

1. Start an import in ScanFile

Choose the photos or image files that make up the document. Select the clearest original version of each page and avoid screenshots that have already been heavily compressed.

2. Put the pages in order

Use the page strip to drag images into the right sequence. Rotate any sideways page and delete duplicates or accidental selections.

3. Make the pages consistent

Review each crop and choose a filter that keeps the document readable. A multipage PDF looks more professional when the pages have similar orientation, margins, and tone.

4. Add any missing paper pages

You can add new camera captures to the same document when part of the packet is still on paper.

5. Export one PDF
