Use the Sign action to create and place a signature, or use Draw for a freehand mark or annotation. Review the result on the page before exporting it.

Know when a specialized signing service is required

A drawn signature may be enough for ordinary forms, but some legal, financial, or workplace processes require identity verification, audit trails, or a specific e-signature provider. Follow the recipient’s instructions for those documents.
